Jordyn Woods showcased a glitzy look in strappy sandals while attending the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in New York City on Monday night.

Characterized by a singular black strap in the upper region and a rounded toe, the shoes were crafted with patent leather. While the back of the shoes couldn’t be seen due to the length of her dress, it’s likely that the silhouette was completed by a secondary ankle strap with a buckle that locked her foot in place, and a rounded out by a slim stiletto heel that measured between 4-to-5 inches in height.

As for the rest of her outfit, the model wore a black long sleeve lace coverup that sat overtop a satin black matching undergarment set that was likely from Victoria Secret. Wearing her hair in an updo style, Woods opted for a vampy, 1990s style makeup look that consisted of a heavy eyeliner look and a red-lined lip. A thick, silver choker was the standout in her accessory lineup, which also included bracelets and rings. Woods was styled by Amiraa Vee for the occasion.

Strappy sandals are a footwear style that has been around for decades, dating back to the early 1900s and going through many variations over the years. Strappy sandals can come in many different forms, including peep-toe designs, and have been praised for their versatility and ability to work well with a variety of outfits.

Woods was spotted in a similar pair earlier this month Glamour’s Women of the Year event in New York City. For the event, she chose a pair of metallic Intriigo Strap shoes from Giuseppi Zanotti. The golden heels boasted a “mirror-effect synthetic fabric” construction, and featured a pointed toe and a curved strap across the toes in addition to a strap that crosses at the back of the foot and buckles around the ankle. The model was completed by a strappy stiletto heel measuring a little over 4 inches in height.
